Brexit

Customers in the EU may be subject to extra charges and delays. As the customer and importer of the goods, you are responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder.

  • Customs duties and taxes vary throughout the different European countries and we are unable to predict what these shall be. If you would like to find out more about charges specific to the country in which you reside, we advise for you to contact your local customs authority.
  • We cannot accept returns if a receiver is unwilling to pay the customs charge.
  • We cannot offer refunds due to the receiver being unwilling to pay the customs charge.

As of 1 July 2021, items imported to the EU with a value of €22 or less will no longer be exempt from VAT. This means that all goods sent directly from GB to consumers in the EU, will be subject to the local rate of VAT in your country.

Please email info@themodeltraitor.com if you have any concerns about your order.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding.
